What is 1-1 Coaching and how can it help me?

Whether you are in a relationship already, or it is time to start over, one to one coaching can be of great benefit to you.

1 to 1 Coaching is exactly what it says. It is an opportunity to work on a 1 to 1 basis with a coach to look at how you can improve your relationships. It offers you a non-judgmental safe space where you can work privately together in total confidence.

Are you currently having some sort of relationship challenge? If so, then where is that challenge? What sort of relationship do you want to improve on?

Is it Love? Work? Family? Friends? Or maybe it is your relationship with yourself?

Sometimes we have patterns that we are not aware of. This is quite often just a bad habit or it can be the outcome of something in our past that is still echoing inside us.
