What is Walk&Talk Coaching and how can it help me?

Walk&Talk is an innovative personal therapy service providing mental health support, for individuals. We will use the same exercises and methods as my 1-1 coaching however it will be in a completely different environment. This process is designed to utilise the power of nature, momentum and a love of animals.

Walk&Talk is also useful for increasing daily exercise and your general emotional, physical and mental well-being. The momentum of walking and not having direct eye contact often allows people to express what they are feeling more freely in an open and more organic environment.

According to the mental health charity MIND spending time in a green space, exercising outdoors and spending time with animals can have lots of positive affects on your mental health. Walk&Talk utilises all of these aspects as well as offering you a safe and easy space to work through any challenges you may be having.

I offer the option to walk alone just with me, or with my 2 dogs. You can also bring your own dog along to enjoy the walk as well. We will walk and talk at your own pace in the beautiful countryside.
